Croul, Spencer

Surf culture philanthropist from Newport Beach, California; cofounder of the Surfing Heritage Foundation. Croul was born (1955) and raised in Newport Beach, the son of a Behr Paint CEO who also collected Ferraris, and began surfing at age 16.
