Entwistle, Stuart (1949 – 2002)

Nimble and likable Australian longboarder from Manly Beach, New South Wales; winner of the 1987 World Longboard Championships. Entwistle was born (1949) in Brisbane, Queensland, moved with his family to Manly at age six, began kneeriding as a preadolescent, then changed to stand-up surfing at 17.
