Harehoe, Arsene (1959 – )
Wiry regularfoot surfer from Tahiti; a perennial national and French champion in the 1970s and '80s, and a first-rate tuberider described by surf writer Steve Hawk in 1995 as "a man of integrity . . . the Gerry Lopez of Tahiti."
