Richards, John "LJ"
Regularfoot surfer from Oceanside, California; fourth-place finisher in the 1964 World Surfing Championships. LJ (Little John) Richards was born (1939) and raised in Oceanside and began surfing at age 13, often riding with schoolmate and mentor Phil Edwards.
