Starr, Rusty (c.1952 – c.1970)

Regularfoot surfer from Hawaii; winner of the juniors division of the 1969 Hawaii State Championships. The 17-year-old was described by Gerry Lopez in a Surfing magazine profile as "a Zorro and a flash, completely free-flowing, always radical."
